Start with the product and quantity
List the product types you want to develop and an estimated quantity for each design. If you are building a matching range, identify the shared colors, artwork and packaging. Different designs may have separate minimum quantities.
Define the material and dimensions
Include the desired dimensions, fabric preferences, handle or closure style, lining and decorative details. Reference images are useful for explaining the look, but a physical sample is the opportunity to confirm construction and finish.
Prepare your artwork
Vector artwork such as AI, EPS, PDF or CDR is preferred. High-resolution PNG and JPG images can be supplied as references. Identify the logo placement, print area and any embroidered details.
Plan packaging and delivery
Tell us your target market, destination and required delivery date. Include private labels, hang tags, individual bags and retail box requirements so they can be reviewed alongside the product.
Agree the sample before production
Review the fabric, colors, dimensions, decoration and packaging before approving production. Confirm final quantities and the delivery schedule with the team. Changes after approval may affect cost and timing.
